Work With Us

Be One of Our Recovery Coaches

We find private clients who need a recovery coach and we handle the family, the contract and the invoice. You do the coaching: where you live, when you are free, at a day rate you agree before you start.

What's in it for you

A day rate agreed before you start, paid within seven days of the engagement ending. We invoice the family; you never chase money.

No minimum hours, no exclusivity, no rota. Keep your practice, your job and your own clients. When there is work near you, you get a call. Say yes or no, every time.

Travel work at a higher rate if you want it: flying with a client to treatment, or a week in their city, with travel and lodging paid.

We handle the family. Expectations, the contract, payment and the hard conversations are ours. You arrive and do the work you are good at.

Free training that counts toward your credential’s continuing-education hours, and $250 for every coach you send us who passes vetting and completes a first engagement.

What we ask

Five years of continuous sobriety.

A recognized credential: a state peer-support certification, CCAR, IAPRC, ICF, or the NCSC certification.

A background check, which we pay for, two references, and a short video call.

A signed scope of practice. Some people call this work being a sober companion; with us it is recovery coaching: accountability, structure, and coordination with the client’s own treatment team. Never hands-on personal care, never medication, never therapy. The line protects you as much as it protects the client.

Answer the phone. When we call with work, we need a reply within 24 hours.

How it works

01

Tell us about yourself below. Five minutes: where you are, what you hold, when you are free.

02

A 20-minute video call with one of the team, with two scenario questions.

03

References, a credential check and a background check. We pay for the check.

04

Your rate and your scope agreed in writing, and a welcome call.

05

The next client near you: you get the first call. Accept or decline; nothing counts against you.

Tell Us About Yourself
