The Landing Partnership
Today your sight of someone ends at the door. This is the part after it: with the person’s consent, a view of whether the people you referred are still engaging — at day 7, day 30, day 60, day 90, and graduation.
Treatment centers, attorneys, psychologists, psychiatrists and therapists all refer the same way and on the same terms. You are set up once, a referral takes a couple of minutes, and nothing is asked of you or your staff afterward. It costs you nothing, and it costs the client nothing.
What it gives you
The ninety days after discharge are the ones you cannot see. Someone walks out, and whatever happened next reaches you by accident, months later, or not at all. A desk of your own closes that stretch — the people you referred, where each of them is, and whether they are still active.
It also gives you something to put in a client’s hand on discharge day. Not a leaflet and not a number to call: a structured first ninety days, about a minute a day, with a real recovery coach one tap away.
It asks almost nothing of your staff. You are set up once, with a single form; after that a referral takes a couple of minutes, at a moment when someone is already being discharged. Nothing is required of anyone on an ongoing basis.
What reaches your desk is worth having because the person chose to send it. They read the exact list before they agree to anything, and nothing is taken from them on your behalf. A signal that had been extracted would tell you less, not more.
What The Landing is
The ninety days after someone leaves you are the ones you cannot see. They walk out, and whatever happened next reaches you by accident, months later, or not at all. A desk of your own closes that stretch — the people you referred, where each of them is, and whether they are still active.
There is an optional 60-second video if they want to say more; skipping it completes the check-in and keeps the streak. A real person sees every check-in.
It asks almost nothing of you. You are set up once, with a single form; after that a referral takes a couple of minutes, at a moment when you are already handing someone on. Nothing is required of anyone on an ongoing basis, and it makes no difference whether you are a hundred-bed facility or a solo practice.
If they want it, they add a Family Circle: the people rooting for them. Those people receive one signal — checked in today — and a weekly digest the person approves before it is sent. Never content, never scores, never video. Everyone in the circle has to accept an invitation of their own first.
It is not treatment, not therapy and not medical care, and it does not present itself as any of them. It is coaching, structure and connection, sitting alongside whatever else the person is doing. Crisis resources, including 988, are on screen at all times.
One thing to do, and a way to reach a person.
Four sliders. About a minute.
Then sixty seconds, if they want it.
One button, and a real coach texts back.
How it works
01
You are set up once. One link opens a short form: your organization, who we contact, who does the referring, and the partnership terms with a typed signature. It is pre-filled from what we already hold, so you are correcting rather than typing.
02
You refer from the desk — a first name and a mobile number. They get a text inviting them to The Landing, with your organization’s name on it. Your organization also has its own five-character code, chosen so that no character can be misread when it is said aloud, for referring from wherever you happen to be.
03
They enroll. Sharing with you is off until they turn it on; if they do not, the row stays quiet and that is the end of it.
04
You look at the list, or you do not. Nobody chases you for anything. At 90 days they graduate and that person’s entry closes.
The whole desk: the people you referred, and where each one is.
Referring someone: a first name, a mobile number and a consent box.
What you see, and what you do not
You see that they joined, then day 7, day 30, day 60, day 90, and graduated. Alongside it, one activity signal: active this week, or quiet. Nothing finer than that — no dates, no times, no counts.
You do not see their answers, their videos, their questionnaire scores, their conversations with a coach, or anything we have concluded about them. None of it is in the desk to be seen. And you see only the people you referred, and only the ones who consented: there is no directory and no search.
Sharing is off from the moment they enroll. They switch it on themselves, from their own phone, and they can switch it off again at any time. Your view is worked out fresh each time you load it, so switching off takes effect on your next look.
Someone who has revoked looks exactly like someone who never shared: the same row, the same word, no notice, and no wording anywhere that a revocation happened. That is deliberate. If you could tell the two apart, the person would feel it, and the consent would not be a real one.
If someone asks us to delete their account, they disappear from your desk immediately.
What it costs, and what changes hands
There is no charge per referral and no subscription. The app is free to the person; the desk is free to you.
Nothing of value moves in either direction for a referral. We never pay for referrals and we never accept anything for them — no fees, no revenue share, no gifts, no perks, no rewards, no hospitality. If anyone offers you one in our name, it is not us.
Global Recovery & Wellness does sell one thing: private-pay recovery coaching, which is a person rather than software. Some people who use The Landing later engage a coach, and most do not. It is not a condition of anything, and it changes nothing about what you see or what we send you.
What we ask of you
Refer the people you would want followed up, and only where the person wants it. A referral made over someone’s head is a text they ignore.
Tell them what it is before you hand it over: free, 90 days, a coach, and that whether you see anything at all is entirely their decision.
Give us a phone number that reaches a human at your end, and tell us when it changes.
Sign the terms once, as an organization. Every referral afterward rests on that signature.
If you work with court-involved clients, say so on the form; it is asked once, at setup.
Nothing else. No portal to maintain, no reporting back to us, no minimum volume, no exclusivity.

The form takes a few minutes, and a real person reads it.
